Kim Marinoff is a franchise expert with over 20 years of experience in the industry. Marinoff is currently a Master Franchisee and consultant at A2B Franchise Consulting, LLC. She specializes in finding the "right" franchise for her clients based on their career and investment objectives, identifying their strengths, interests, and goals.

Her franchise career began 20 years ago with Quiznos, where she held various roles, including training, district manager, sales, development, and eventually as EVP of Operations for Colorado. Marinoff owned and operated six restaurants, one of which was the #1 Quiznos in Colorado.

As an execution-oriented leader, Marinoff has experience in franchise businesses of various sizes, including all aspects of the franchise business model, such as new unit development, operations management, branding, training, marketing, and finance. She is an innovative thinker with a successful record in cost reduction, profit acceleration, and cycle time management.

Marinoff studied M.A. in Sports Psychology at Columbia University and B.A. in Business/Psychology at St. John's University.

Outside of her consulting work, Marinoff runs The Franchise Explorer, a website that provides franchise industry news, tips, and advice.
