Andrew Sears, a creative product manager with a design-oriented approach, has worked in various organizations and industries throughout his career. His extensive experience in advocacy campaigns and startups made him adept at building new organizations and influencing individuals.

Andrew pivoted to technology and consulted for numerous tech startups, later pursuing an MBA at Duke to become a leader of high-impact organizations. He then served as a CoLab Fellow at IDEO and led the UX transformation of IBM's software portfolio.

Andrew's focus is on building tech that is socially responsible and beneficial. His work in the platform strategy, cloud computing, AI, automation, and human-centered design reflect his commitment to designing and developing products that prioritize UX and user needs. When he's not busy designing, Andrew also enjoys playing music and having fun with his children.
