Abel Muíño is an accomplished engineer turned manager with a passion for solving real-world problems using technology. With experience working in big telco companies, consulting firms, startups, and as the owner of his own company, Abel learned valuable lessons throughout his career. He believes in iterative solutions and loves working with engineers who prioritize delivering concrete results in a timely fashion. Abel's expertise ranges from startups and entrepreneurship to computer science and web development.

Abel's impressive resume includes roles as VP of Engineering, Head of Engineering for Fintech and Compliance, and Head of Engineering of Fintech and Driver for Cabify, a distinguished ride-hailing company. He has also worked as a software engineer at Jobandtalent, a technology mentor at Top Seeds Lab, and as the owner of 1up talent. Abel's experience extends beyond software and engineering; he has also worked as a project manager, a teacher, and a principal architect.

Abel earned his Master of Science in Computer Science from the University of A Coruna, and has completed additional coursework in startups, entrepreneurship, business plan development, and prototyping at the Tetuan Valley Startup School.
