Abel Ariza

Abel Ariza is an accomplished professional with a diverse educational background and extensive experience in various leadership roles across multinational organizations.

Abel's educational journey includes an MBA in Executive Education from INSEAD, an MSc in Market Research from Universitat de Barcelona, and a degree in Naval Engineering from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya.

With a proven track record in the corporate world, Abel has held key positions at reputable companies such as Sodexo, Eli Lilly and Company, Merck & Co, and ISS A/S.

At Sodexo, Abel served as the Segment Director for Singapore and Vietnam, as well as the Country President for Korea. Prior to that, he was the Head of FMCG Strategic Accounts for the APAC region, Regional Account Director for APAC, and Operations Director for South EU & UAE.

Abel's career also includes roles as the Brand Manager for the Lilly Leadership Development Program at Eli Lilly and Company, AP Strategy & Business Development at Merck & Co, and Global Solutions Manager at ISS A/S, where he also operated as the EMEA Project Manager.
