Abe Crystal is a User Experience Researcher at Bluespark Labs and has been in this role since September 2010. He is also a co-founder of Ruzuku, Inc., a company focused on helping independent experts create online courses and learning communities. His academic background includes a Ph.D. in Information Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where he studied from August 2002 to August 2008, and an AB in Economics from Princeton University.1
