    Abdullah Hamdi is a dedicated PhD student at King Abdullah University of Science and Technology (KAUST) with a focus on advancing artificial intelligence through a deep understanding of neural networks.

    As a member of the Image and Video Understanding Laboratory (IVUL) within the Visual Computing Center (VCC) at KAUST, Abdullah is under the mentorship of Bernard Ghanem, delving into innovative solutions utilizing AI tools, particularly exploring the untapped adversarial capabilities of deep learning.

    Abdullah holds a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Electrical Engineering with a specialization in Computer Vision from KAUST and obtained his undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering with first honors from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals (KFUPM). He has also participated in a Student Exchange Program at Texas A&M University and excelled in his high school studies in Natural Sciences at alfalah school.

    Throughout his academic journey, Abdullah has been actively involved in various roles, including serving as a Founder and President at Fihm.ai, a Graduate Student Researcher, and later as a Commercial Manager at GE Power & Water. He has also demonstrated leadership qualities as the Founder & President of the KFUPM Innovation Club and has been a beneficiary of the scholarship program at GE.

    Abdullah's professional background reflects a strong passion for AI, computer vision, and deep learning, showcasing his commitment to exploring cutting-edge technologies to address complex human challenges.
