Abdou's career trajectory is as impressive as it is diverse. He commenced his professional journey at Google, where he worked as a Software Quality Assurance Intern. This experience provided him with unparalleled insights into the software development lifecycle and quality standards that are imperative for any tech enterprise. He then joined Shopify, initially as a Software Engineer Intern, and rapidly rose to the position of Junior Software Engineer. His role at Shopify strengthened his programming expertise and exposed him to the fast-paced world of eCommerce technology.
In search of broader horizons, Abdou later transitioned to Canopy Growth Corporation, where he served as an ML Research Intern. This position allowed him to delve deeper into machine learning applications—a field that is integral to the future of technology. His unique combination of skills and experiences ultimately led him to co-found MODU Research, where he took on the role of CEO. His leadership at MODU highlights his dedication to innovation and forward-thinking approaches in the technology sector.
