He has also been a director and announcer at Insane Terrain Running Ltd, a sports center recreation assistant at the University of Cambridge, and a lifestyle consultant at Spirit Health Club, among others.

Currently, Marsh is a director at MAS L&G. He also previously owned and operated Neil Marsh Health & Fitness.
