Vicki Burkhart is an accomplished nonprofit leader with a passion for empowering organizations to achieve their fullest potential. Her expertise lies in board development, strategic planning, membership development, major gifts management, organizational development, campaign coordination, and volunteer management. She holds a Masters Degree in Education and a BA in Political Science from Penn State University.

In addition to her work in the nonprofit sector, Vicki is an active member of the entrepreneur community in the northeast corridor. She is the President and CEO of The More Than Giving Co. and a former member and contributor to the Forbes Nonprofit Council. She has also served as Executive Director of Kids' Chance of America and the Alliance of Women Entrepreneurs (AWE) and as Vice President for Advancement at MCP Hahneman School Medicine.
