Abdallah Abbas is an accomplished individual with a diverse educational background in both medicine and mathematics/computer science. He pursued his GCSEs at Ruislip High School and continued his academic journey at Dr Challoner's Grammar School. Abdallah then delved into the world of medicine by obtaining a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) degree from UCL. Alongside his medical studies, he also expanded his knowledge in Mathematics and Computer Science, earning an iBSc from UCL.
Throughout his career, Abdallah has been actively involved in various organizations, showcasing his leadership skills and dedication. He held the position of Web Designer at Gulfvisa Limited, demonstrating his prowess in web design. Additionally, he served as President at the UCL Arab Society, honing his organizational and interpersonal abilities. Abdallah also took on the role of Module Lead at UCLU, highlighting his capacity to manage and lead projects effectively. His contributions were not limited to the academic sphere, as he was a Research Intern at UCL Cancer Institute, further exhibiting his commitment to advancing knowledge and research.
Abdallah's leadership qualities were evident early on, as seen by his roles in school. He was the Vice President at UCL Arab Society, showcasing his ability to collaborate and engage with diverse groups. Abdallah's passion for academia and knowledge-sharing led him to co-found the Medical Journals Society at Dr Challoner's Grammar School, underlining his commitment to nurturing academic discourse and intellectual curiosity. His leadership skills were recognized during his time as Deputy Head Boy at Ruislip High School, where he exhibited exemplary qualities and dedication to his school community.
