Erica Mosca is an education professional, social justice advocate, and founder and executive director of Leaders in Training (LIT), a nonprofit organization. A first-generation college graduate, Mosca has experienced educational inequality in both her personal and professional life. She is dedicated to empowering change from the community to ensure that underrepresented students have access to educational opportunities. Mosca has received numerous awards, including the 2019 Boston University Young Alumni of the Year and the 2020 Public Education Foundation's Education Hero of the Year. She has a Bachelor of Science in Journalism from Boston University, a Master's in Education from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas, and an Ed.M in Education Policy and Management from the Harvard University Graduate School of Education.

Mosca's professional experience includes serving as a fifth-grade teacher with Teach for America, Academic Dean, Learning Strategist, and School Director with the organization. She has also worked as a Manager of Teacher Leadership Development and Program Evaluator with Clark County School District and founded Equipo Academy. Mosca's skills include curriculum development, training, program evaluation, leadership development, and strategic planning.
