Abby Mercado

Abby Mercado, CEO and Co-founder of Rescripted, is a highly accomplished business strategist, investor and mom of IVF twins. She holds a Bachelor’s degree from Vanderbilt University in History/Human and Organizational Development, as well as a French Language/Art History degree from New York University. Abby's rich professional background includes a venture investor position at Altira Group, followed by Senior Business Development Manager and Corporate Development Associate at Caliber Midstream. She also acted as Investor at Wander + Ivy and Board Observer at ResFrac Corporation, ThoughtTrace and Infrastructure Networks Inc. Before that, Abby worked as a Financial Analyst at Triangle Petroleum Corporation and as an Investment Banking Analyst at Merrill Lynch.

Abby has a passion for taking on new challenges while maintaining a good work-life balance. She established Rescripted, which is the premier, worldwide media platform for fertility, offering guidance, tools and knowledge for a range of steps towards building a family. She remains resilient and optimistic, having learnt the importance of self-care and mindfulness from her fight with infertility.
