Vijay Modur, PhD, is a highly accomplished physician-scientist with expertise in rare disease clinical development, translational medicine, biomarker discovery, and diagnostic development. His background includes working at various pharmaceutical and biotech companies, including Eloxx Pharmaceuticals, Zikani Therapeutics, Sanofi Genzyme, HTG Molecular Diagnostics, and Novartis. Dr. Modur has a Doctor of Philosophy degree from the University of Utah School of Medicine and a Bachelor of Medicine in Medicine from Karnataka Law College, Dharwad. He is also a board-certified pathologist.

Throughout his professional career, Dr. Modur has made significant contributions to the advancement of translational medicine and the development of novel therapeutics and diagnostics for various rare diseases.
