Lisa Tatum is a highly accomplished attorney and seasoned business professional with over 20 years of experience advising domestic and international clients on complex legal and business matters. She has successfully represented clients in both state and federal courts, in addition to handling a variety of transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracts, corporate governance, and compliance matters.

Ms. Tatum earned her Juris Doctorate from the University of Houston Law Center and her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Texas. She began her career as a litigator at a prominent Texas law firm before transitioning to corporate counsel roles at several Fortune 500 companies. In 2005, she founded her own law firm, L.M. Tatum, PLLC, which has grown into a respected boutique firm with a diverse client base.

Ms. Tatum is also deeply committed to community involvement and serves on multiple nonprofit boards, including the board of directors for the Houston Chapter of the National Association of Corporate Directors and the board of trustees for the University of Houston System.
