Laura Stein is a highly accomplished attorney and corporate executive. She currently holds the position of Executive Vice President, General Counsel, Corporate & Legal Affairs at Mondelēz International, a global leader in the snacking industry. She oversees the company's global legal, compliance, corporate reputation, and ESG agendas, including sustainability, community and foundation efforts, and public and government affairs.

Prior to joining Mondelēz International, Stein served as Executive Vice President, General Counsel & Corporate Affairs at The Clorox Company, a multinational manufacturer and marketer of consumer and professional products. In this role, she had oversight of legal, compliance, risk management, audit, communications, government affairs, corporate responsibility/ESG, and crisis management. She also served as the President of the Clorox foundation and co-sponsored Clorox's cybersecurity and enterprise risk management programs.

Stein's expertise also includes senior leadership positions at other multinational corporations, including Senior Vice President - General Counsel of H.J. Heinz Company, where she oversaw legal, compliance, enterprise risk management, and security matters.

Outside of her corporate roles, Stein serves on several boards, including Franklin Resources, Inc., Canadian National Railway, and not-for-profit organizations focused on pro bono, diversity, and the rule of law. She is a member of the American Law Institute Council, the Leaders Council of the Legal Service Corporation, and the Advisory Board of the Harvard Law School Center on the Legal Profession and Corporate Pro Bono.

Stein received her J.D. from Harvard Law School and earned undergraduate and master's degrees from Dartmouth College. She is multilingual, fluent in English, Italian, Spanish, and Chinese, and speaks some French and Portuguese.
