With a diverse background in academia, research, and industry, Vajpeyi has been involved in various high-profile organizations, including serving as Adjunct Professor, Fermentation Scientist, and Fermentation Team Leader at Modern Meadow, a renowned biotech company. Throughout his career, Vajpeyi has demonstrated exceptional technical and leadership skills, making significant contributions to the development of cutting-edge fermentation systems and research. As a co-founder and CTO at CarboCycle, he utilized his expertise in sustainable engineering to develop eco-friendly processes for waste management. Currently, Vajpeyi continues to contribute as a leading academic and researcher, teaching at Columbia University and focusing on improving bioprocesses for sustainable development.
