Tim Fleury is a highly accomplished professional with extensive experience in cross-functional leadership, project management, strategy, risk management, and analysis. He completed his Master of Science in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering from the University of Michigan and a Master of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School. Tim also has a Bachelor of Science in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering from the US Naval Academy and studied at the Naval School, Explosive Ordnance Disposal.

Tim has been instrumental to Vermillion Capital as their Vice President, responsible for project management, analysis, and strategic planning. Before joining Vermillion Capital, Tim worked with McKinsey & Company, where he served as an Engagement Manager-Implementation and Consultant. At McKinsey & Company, He honed his skills in risk management, cross-functional leadership, and analysis.

Besides McKinsey, Tim has also worked with Uber as an operations specialist, FTS International as a Business Development Associate, and in the US Navy as an Officer in Charge, EODMU Two Detachment Norfolk, EOD Platoon Leader at Combined Joint Special Operations Task Force Afghanistan, and EOD Platoon Leader, Carrier Strike Group EIGHT.
