Her expertise lies in empowering stakeholders, community members, small businesses, and government bodies to move public-benefit projects forward. With a career focus on strategic planning, vision impact alignment, feasibility study, and fundraising campaign management, Schwichtenberg has an extensive cross-sector experience in health, human services, arts and culture, Tribal governance, education, and health care policy work.

Schwichtenberg's funding expertise extends to state bonding, tax credits, program-related investments (PRI), federal, state, local government grants, and rental assistance contracts/grants/sponsorships. She has extensive housing project expertise in emergency shelter, temporary housing, supportive housing, and other rental assistance programs.

Before serving as the Chief Culture Officer at Fox Advancement, Schwichtenberg worked at Ally People Solutions as the Director of Development and Communications, where she shaped the organization's growth trajectory. Her past work experience includes Program and Marketing Coordinator at Sisters of St. Joseph of Carondelet, Development and Membership Manager at Ramsey County Historical Society, Executive Assistant to V. P. for Finance and Business Operations at St. Catherine University, and Major Gifts Development Associate at Twin Cities Habitat for Humanity.

Schwichtenberg's professional background also includes working as a Media Buyer at Campbell Mithun and a Behavioral Health Specialist at VA Clinic. Her educational qualifications include a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Theology/Theological Studies from the College of St. Catherine, a BAS in History and French from the College of St. Benedict, and a Behavioral Science Specialist AS Certificate, Clinical Psychology, E-5 from the US Army Department Medical Center.
