With a Master's Degree in Sport and Clinical Biomechanics from Liverpool John Moores University and a Bachelor's Degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities, Thill is specialized in performance optimization and injury prevention. Having worked at Empericus as a Sport Scientist, and as a Rehabilitation Assistant at Fairview Health Services, Thill has gained invaluable expertise and experience. Prior to these roles, she also worked as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the University of Minnesota, a Summer Student Research Assistant at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, and an Athletic Medicine Intern at the University of Minnesota.
