With over 40 years of experience in the field, he has been involved in the delivery of large-scale projects around the world, including the UK, Middle East, Africa, and New Zealand. Before joining Opus, Webster served as a Director of WSP Development Ltd, one of the UK's leading multi-disciplinary consultancies. He is a strong leader with a proven track record of delivering above-average results, and has been instrumental in creating successful high-performance teams at Opus, other consultancies, and contractors.

Webster's specialties include financial management, providing sound leadership, and delivering challenging outcomes on major projects. He is also highly involved with Opus' international growth, opening new geographic markets, and M&A. In addition to his professional experience, Webster holds a Bachelor of Science with First Class Honors in Civil Engineering from The University of Manchester, and has studied Executive Program for Growing Companies and Business Management at Stanford Graduate School of Business.
