Matthew J. Palaia

Matthew Palaia is an accomplished ERP Implementation Process Leader with a strong background in lean manufacturing and business process improvement. With years of experience, Palaia has facilitated over 60 Kaizen events and has developed and conducted numerous workshops focusing on value stream mapping, single minute exchange of dies (SMED), and employee training programs.

Palaia's education includes a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Bethel University and a General degree from Minnesota State University, Mankato. Additionally, he studied A.A. in Business Marketing Management from Normandale Community College.

In his previous roles, Palaia worked as a Production Scheduler and Operations Supervisor at Landscape Structures, an ERP Implementation Process Leader, South Shop Supervisor at Olson Tool and Plastics, and Supervisor at Fluoroware Inc. He also held the position of Lean Sigma Facilitator at Entegris and Staffing/Branch Manager at Masterson Personnel.

With his extensive experience in value stream mapping, Kaizen event facilitation, and business process improvement, Palaia is a Six Sigma Green Belt trained professional who has developed and implemented global continuous improvement reward programs for many organizations.
