Farrah Rifelj is both the Deputy General Counsel and a Partner in the Labor and Employment Relations Practice Group at Michael Best & Friedrich. With a focus on employment counseling and litigation, Rifelj has expertise in discrimination, noncompetition, and Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP). She is well-versed in advising management on topics such as affirmative action, family and medical leave laws, harassment, hiring and termination practices, and more. Rifelj has successfully litigated various issues in both state and federal courts, and she is a persuasive advocate before various administrative agencies. Rifelj received her JD from the University of Wisconsin Law School and studied Behavioral Science & Law and Spanish at the University of Wisconsin-Madison for her Bachelor's degree.
