Karen Diaz-Paucar is a trilingual master's student of Informatics and Operations and Supply Chain Management at the Technical University of Munich. Her passion for problem-solving and enhancing decision-making processes in complex environments has driven her from her bilingual high school days at Colegio Aleman de Quito to her bachelor's degree in marketing at the University of San Francisco. Fluent in German, Spanish, and English, Karen spent nearly five years in San Francisco honing her skills in consulting projects, photography, sales and business operations, branding, and digital marketing. She worked in multiple industries such as blockchain, education, and SaaS. Karen's vast experience includes working as a Software Engineer at BMW Group and a Scrum Master at Banco Pichincha. She has also worked as a Social Media Manager at TEDxSanFrancisco, a Blockchain Systems Operations Manager at Dispatch, and a Sales Operations Intern at Moogsoft. She has initiated Digital Transformation: AI Platforms Assessment at Siemens and currently works at the Finance Innovation Lab in Siemens AG, where she handles web development and digital design. Karen is passionate about digital transformation and innovation ecosystems and is looking to learn more about them. She welcomes inquiries and enjoys meeting new people over coffee.
