She has a diverse work history having contributed to various organizations such as the World Economic Forum, Maven, On Deck, Edstreet, RMIT University, Learning First, Education Without Barriers, UNICEF, and Teach For India in different capacities.

Aarushi's roles have ranged from Founding Coach and Senior Coach to ODCC Mentor, Edtech Consultant, Senior Advisor, Senior Associate, Evaluation Consultant, Education Research and Policy Consultant, Co-Founder & Strategy Head, Fellow, and School Improvement, showcasing her versatility and expertise in the fields of education, skills development, and lifelong learning.
