Aaron Smith is a culinary professional with a passion for education and nutrition. He studied Culinary Arts and Chef Training at Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in Chicago, and later received a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Illinois State University.

However, it was his work in public schools managing and training in nutrition services that truly showcased his skills and dedication to the community.

As Director of Nutrition Services at Seattle Public Schools, Smith oversees the planning and implementation of balanced meals for thousands of students. Prior to this, he worked as Assistant Director of Nutrition Services at Hamilton County Department of Education and Nutrition Services Dept Manager/Culinary Trainer at Rockford Public Schools.
