Aaron Shoemaker

Aaron Shoemaker is a broadly skilled and intensely motivated professional with a background in computer technology, customer success, support project management, bartending, IT support, inventory control, and photography.

Aaron holds an Associates in Computer Technology with a focus on Computer Networking and Security from Wake Technical Community College, and also studied Art and Photography at East Carolina University.

He currently serves as the Director of Customer Success at ServiceTrade, where he previously held positions as Support Project Manager and Customer Support Engineer.

Aaron has diverse experience outside the tech industry, having worked in roles such as Bartender / Certified Beer Server at The Glass Jug, NSITES Contract IT Support for NIEHS: Hardware Installation Tech/Help Desk Specialist at SAIC, Bartender/Inventory at Paddy O'Beers, Senior Desktop Technician for NIEHS at SRA International, Sales and Bartender at Tasty Beverage Company, Inventory Control Specialist at Apple Inc., and Camera Operator and Editor at Bosman Productions.
