Aaron Sandstrom is a dedicated professional with a strong background in fleet management, mobility, technology, and venture capital.

He has leveraged his educational background, including a Master of Business Administration from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor of Arts from Luther College, to excel in various leadership roles.

As the founder of Threaded Solutions, Aaron focuses on assisting small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) and startups, bringing his wealth of experience to drive growth and strategic initiatives.

Prior to his entrepreneurial venture, he held key positions at Element Fleet Management and GE Capital, where he honed his skills in finance, treasury management, partner development, and strategic pricing.

Aaron's commitment to continuous learning is evident through his diverse experiences, including serving as an MBA consultant and a teaching assistant in Information and Decision Sciences at the University of Minnesota, Carlson School of Management.

Outside of his professional endeavors, Aaron values family as a husband and father, and believes in the transformative power of curiosity and spending time outdoors.
