Supporting Director of Junior Programs in implementation of Sophomore ACT prep programming.

Managing communications and logistics for all Sophomore Core Programs

Developing relationships with and serving as point of contact for all Sophomore parents/guardians

Connecting Sophomore Fellows to special non-BRYC opportunities (e.g. internships, summer programs) 

Designing the sustainable implementation of BRYC’s Support Programs and in BRYC’s various special projects, such as college tours, weekend retreats, service events, etc.

Passionate educator using engaging, challenging, and data-driven instruction to help students master the skills and content of 8th grade Social Studies.

Sponsor and creator if the McKinley Golf Program. Founded to provide a solid foundation of knowledge about the game, course etiquette, and swing fundamentals, the program currently services about 30 students ego come on various days once a week.

Full-time tutor and mentor to students identified as not on-track to graduate in four years at Belaire High School.
Tutored 9th grade students in need of additional academic support in Math and English through one-on-one, 
      small group, and after-school instruction. 
Collaborated with the Diplomas Now team consisting of eight fellow corps members, Communities 
in Schools,  Inc., and Talent Development, Inc. to organize incentive programs aimed at creating a positive
school climate, improving daily attendance, and promoting good behavior.
Implemented and engaged community members in numerous service projects and events including the
     Belaire Community Resource Fair, National Make a Difference Day, and the "I'm a Good Kid" Festival.
