Aaron Lewis, a seasoned urban planning and design professional, has worked with a diverse range of clients from non-profit institutions to private corporations in the production of research, master plans, and economic analyses. With over a decade of experience, Aaron has focused heavily on sustainability initiatives and policies and innovative housing policy and real estate development planning. He has worked with AECOM, a multinational engineering firm, as a Sustainability & Economics Consultant and as a Policy Advisor at the NYC Economic Development Corporation (NYCEDC) in the Mayor's Office of Sustainability (MOS) where he leveraged data to devise targeted sustainability, resiliency, smart cities, housing and economic development initiatives, programs, and policies. Aaron is also passionate about the Media, Tech, and Film industries and is currently seeking consulting roles in these fields, as well as delving into tech and real estate entrepreneurship. Aaron holds a Master of Science in Real Estate: Finance and Investment Analysis from New York University, a Bachelor of Arts in Urban Studies/ Economics, Built Environment, and Africana Studies from the University of Pennsylvania and has also studied Architecture and Cinema/Video Studies at Columbia and City College of San Francisco. He has also been involved in various organizations such as Full Court Development, Self Employed, Google for Entrepreneurs, Compass, and Urban Design Forum amongst others.
