In the role of GM I built the team and set the goals that created the Blackbird customer experience, including our products, services, engagement model and business model.

We iterated rapidly to discover and scale a repeatable model for helping clients achieve world-class velocity and operational excellence. Blackbird was acquired after 7 months of operations by Pythian.
