Aaron Ideker, CPA

Aaron Ideker is a seasoned accounting professional with over 15 years of progressive experience working with private, non-profit, and public companies. He has successfully led numerous projects, including the integration of accounting functions and processes with acquired companies, as well as the development of efficient accounting and business processes, chart of accounts, and financial reporting structures for new divisions and acquired companies. Aaron's expertise also includes budget and operations planning, consolidation, foreign currency, and foreign subsidiary consolidation, as well as the development, review, and refinement of accounting controls. He has extensive SOX experience, particularly in policy and procedure and narrative development, and has written various Accounting Memos regarding complex accounting methodologies. Additionally, Aaron is experienced in building motivated teams, developing team strengths, business process development and implementation, and accounting integration for M&A.
