Aaron Hollander

Aaron P. Hollander is a prominent figure in the aerospace, motor sports, and business industries, serving as the Chairman, President & CEO of First Aviation Services Inc.

With a rich background, Mr. Hollander co-founded First Equity Group and advised aerospace and defense industries on significant transactions before venturing into leadership roles in aviation, defense, and motor sports companies.

His qualifications include an Airline Transport Pilot License with various ratings, and he has been a speaker at prestigious aerospace conferences like NBAA, AIAA, and the FAA.

Before his current roles, Mr. Hollander worked with the Boston Consulting Group, Ernst & Young as a CPA and CMA, and obtained SEC series certifications.

Aaron Hollander is an alumnus of The Wharton School, Univ. of Penn. with a B.S. in Econ. and a Harvard Business School MBA with distinction.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Mr. Hollander is involved in various organizations, holding trustee positions at Yale New Haven Health System and serving on the Board of Directors at Sequential Brands Group.

He is actively engaged in several not-for-profit organizations such as the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, the American Red Cross, and the Boy Scouts of America, earning recognition for his contributions.

Mr. Hollander's leadership extends to chairing organizations like the Fairchester Chapter of the World Presidents' Organization and the Young Presidents' Organization, showcasing his commitment to professional development and mentorship.

Education-wise, Aaron Hollander pursued a BS Econ and Accounting at The Wharton School and an MBA at Harvard Business School, where he excelled and received the Copeland Award for marketing.

In addition to his corporate roles, Mr. Hollander is a dedicated mentor at Bassick High School, Bridgeport, CT, guiding students in building an LSA aircraft and contributing to the community through his involvement with Tango Flight.
