•	Participated in corporate presentations and events. Became familiar with the leadership, and developed understanding of Marvell Semiconductor business, products, markets, and operating model.
•	Analyzed processes and data sources for engineering build vendor benchmarking. Partnered with the NPI team, and Information Technology to develop and document to-be processes including data architecture / analytics to facilitate tracking of engineering build vendors using standard process/tools.
•	Assisted in creation of device test forecasting data visualization presentations for upper level management.

NPI Planner Intern

Supported the development and implementation of Santen’s order-to-cash (O2C) processes and system for its first pharmaceutical product in North America. Major tasks and accomplishments included:
• Researched best practices of modern O2C processes and interviewed heads of departments and key personnel about their department’s roles in Santen’s O2C process
• Documented full O2C process including: General Ledger accounting entries, commercialization process, marketing research, shipping preparation, high level roles and responsibilities, Logistic Supply Chain route, pricing regulations, and detailed breakdown and assessed the impact of outsourcing SOWs
• Presented completed project to the Leadership Team, which included: CEO, Chief Administrative Officer, Head of Finance, Director of HR, Director of Supply Chain, Head of Santen Canada, Accounting Manager, and Head of Pharmaceutical Quality
