Aaron Denman is an accomplished Partner at Bain & Company's Chicago office, with extensive experience in the Industrial Goods and Services, Strategy, Private Equity, and Performance Improvement practices. His expertise lies in corporate strategy and growth strategy within the broader energy sector, and he has worked with senior executives to design a strategy and business plan that can navigate regulatory, commodity, and technology disruptions. Aaron is also involved in creating Bain's perspective on long-term North America natural gas and natural gas liquids (NGL) market dynamics. Furthermore, he has provided commercial due diligence for over 15 private equity transactions, working as an advisor on select PE transactions within the energy sector. Aaron's leadership abilities have resulted in him serving in several leadership team roles within the firm, including the new associate consultant and consultant training lead and the Chicago office's Manager Program Leader. In 2011, he was awarded "Best Coach" by Bain & Company's Chicago office for his contributions to people growth. Aaron is a Wabash College alumnus and an MBA graduate from Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
