•	Built models using discounted cash flows in order to evaluate over 150,000 square feet of retail, commercial and residential real estate for potential acquisition with a total value of 100 million dollars. 
•	Prepared property projections and forecasts for 8 asset dispositions using primary and secondary valuation sources with a value of 55 million dollars. 
•	Worked with finance and accounting teams to implement new and more efficient procedures in order to track tenant rents and other company data.

•	Evaluated various real estate deals using real estate valuation tools such as gross rent multiples, cap rates and discounted cash flows.
•	Used the Multiple Listing Service, Property Shark, Zillow in order to complete valuation spreadsheets for deals the firm was evaluating.
•	Evaluated all different real estate deals including note sales, multi-family, and portfolios of single-family homes.
•	Compiled investor presentation on all current deals for investor distribution
