I'm a Staff UX designer on the Enterprise team at The Home Depot. I help facilitate the design process for cross-functional teams of PMs, engineers, and designers working on merchandising technology, store systems, HR tools, and more. For the products I support, I gather evidence to inform and validate our assumptions, build relationships across teams, communicate insights to stakeholders, and develop solutions that deliver lasting customer and shareholder value.

Staff UX Designer

At Snap Raise, we support a line-up of tools that help k-12 students raise money to fund programs like sports, band, and robotics club. I use insights from customers and our experienced business leaders to shape new products and make improvements to the existing platform.

-  Transitioned pen and paper lead captures into a digital platform
-  Designed and prototyped an automated bot to onboard customers, provide support, and manage student fundraisers
-  Developed automation strategy to shift salesperson hours away from tech support and data capture
-  Re-designed fundraiser landing page to increase donations and better suit our customers
-  Led the discovery and development of two new product offerings
-  Developed principles and guidelines for UX Design to align teams on accessibility, performance, and creating customer value...this later turned into a design system

As a UX designer on the Seller team, my job is to develop tools and services that help 3rd-party sellers offer a great experience to Amazon customers. I spend time learning about different businesses big and small around the world to design a seller experience that meets their unique needs. I bring people across different teams together to invent new solutions that make selling on Amazon a frictionless and effortless experience. This is key to earning their confidence and building strong relationships that our customers benefit from.

-  Helped launch the Seller Newsletter in 12 languages across 9 markets to communicate updates and gather qualitative feedback
-  Designed automation to address common support inquiries for use in call-centers and self-service
-  Partnered with multiple teams to transform policy enforcement to benefit customers, sellers, and the company
-  An active participant in UX mentoring
-  Identified and implemented improvements to dashboards to help sellers improve their business

My role is to help shape the product vision and strategy for the HP Software portfolio of marketing, consumer insights, and content management solutions. I'm responsible for conducting domain and customer research, product management, prototyping, and implementing features in a cross-functional team. It's my job to align design, business stakeholders, engineers, marketing, support, and sales on core product tenets and principles.

-  Helped establish new partnerships between design and engineering
-  Offered mentorship and cross-training to junior team members and employees outside of the UX job family
-  Re-imagined augmented reality product to better meet customer needs and create value for a new audience
