Aanika has held significant leadership roles, including Vice President of Business Development at Len The Plumber, CXO at Thompson Street Capital Partners, and Interim COO at Slay.

Her expertise extends to consulting, demonstrated by her tenure as a Senior Consultant in the Banking, Insurance, and Capital Markets Practice at Navigant, where she also served as a Consultant.
