Scott Nolan
Scott Nolan is a seasoned investor with a wealth of experience in the technology industry. With a passion for identifying promising startups that offer solutions to vital, unsolved problems, Nolan has made a name for himself in the industry as a partner at The Founders Fund. Before joining the VC firm, he co-founded Soshi, an engineering-driven startup that leveraged technology to solve complex problems. Nolan began his career as a Validation Engineer at cGMP Validation, where he honed his skills in the field of mechanical engineering. He later worked as a Systems Engineer at Boeing and Senior Engineer at Space Exploration Technologies, where he was involved in the Airborne Laser Project. Later, he worked as a Senior Associate Consultant at Bain & Company, providing advice to various clients on strategy and organization. Nolan holds a Master of Engineering in Aerospace Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Cornell University. In addition, he holds an MBA from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
