Chris Clayton is a highly accomplished executive with extensive experience in the technology recruitment industry. He earned his degree in Business Economics from Anglia Ruskin University and began his career as a Partner at Harrison Willis. He later joined Penna Consulting as Head of Technology Practice before founding Clayton Executive Search. Clayton then served as the Country Manager for France at Beaumont Karlson before co-founding and becoming the Managing Partner of The Beaumont Group.

Today he serves as the Managing Director and Group Chief Executive Officer at The Beaumont Group, where he oversees the company's global operations. He is a recognized leader in the industry known for his entrepreneurial skills, strategic thinking, and expertise in executive search and talent management.
