Benjamin Weinberg is an esteemed educational professional who has had a unique journey to his current position. After leaving college early, Weinberg spent many years working in vastly different fields including commercial fishing, organic farming, building, and writing. However, his journey eventually led him to education, where he found new inspiration and energy every day. Weinberg has dedicated much of his career to making a positive impact on the world through the education of young people.

He has studied both at Bates College and Lesley College, earning a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education and Teaching, as well as a Master of Education from the University of Massachusetts at Lowell. Weinberg has held various education-related positions, including K-8 Principal at American International School of Johannesburg, Lower School Director, and Headmaster at American School of Madrid, and Resource Teacher at Maine School District 34. He has also worked as a caretaker at Shelburne Farms.

Weinberg believes that it is only through collaboration that we can create a new generation of students with the critical thinking and problem-solving skills needed to make the world a better place. His passion and dedication to education have made a positive impact on countless students throughout his career.
