Aaron Noon is a highly experienced higher education professional with five years of experience advising and implementing programs for diverse audiences. With an in-depth understanding of university strategies and extensive knowledge of program budgeting, Aaron has proven to be highly effective in event planning, volunteer and staff training, policy development and implementation, program marketing, evaluation and advising student groups. Aaron holds a Master of Science degree in Parks, Recreation and Leisure Studies from Texas State University-San Marcos and a Bachelor of Science degree in Recreation and Parks Administration from Eastern Kentucky University.
