Aadit Patel

Aadit Patel is an Applied Machine Learning leader known for spearheading cross-functional technical teams in developing innovative algorithms and systems for practical applications across various industries such as Aerospace, Online Advertising, FinTech, and Biotechnology.

With a solid educational background, Aadit holds a Master of Science (M.S.) in Computer Science and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Aerospace Engineering, both from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA).

Currently serving as the VP Product and Engineering at NotCo, Aadit leads a global team of scientists and engineers in creating a Machine Learning System focused on producing plant-based foods to reduce meat consumption among consumers and decrease agricultural greenhouse gas emissions.

Aadit's professional journey includes key roles such as Head of Machine Learning & Engineering, Director of Machine Learning & Data Science, and Lead Data Scientist at NotCo. Prior to his current position, he worked as a Lead Data Scientist in Core R&D at FLYR, a Data Scientist at FLYR, a Research Engineer at Yahoo, a Guidance, Navigation & Control Software Engineer at The Boeing Company, and in engineering roles at UCLA ELFIN Cube Satellite Project and Jet Propulsion Laboratory.
