Katie is an accomplished storyteller, editor, and content strategist with over a decade of experience in the media industry. She holds an M.F.A. in Creative Writing from the California College of the Arts and a B.A. in Creative Writing & Journalism from Creighton University. Her work has been recognized with a National Magazine Award and a Cannes Lion.

Katie has held several notable positions throughout her career, including Director of Content at ConsumerTrack, Inc., Senior Deputy Editor, Content at ConsumerTrack, Inc., Deputy Editor, Content at ConsumerTrack, Inc., Deputy Editor at GOOD Worldwide Inc, Features Editor at GOOD Worldwide Inc, and Special Projects Editor at GOOD Worldwide Inc. Additionally, she has worked as a Managing Editor, Content Manager, and Content Strategist, among other roles, at Carnegie Hall, Tourneau, and Omaha Performing Arts.

Katie has led teams of writers, editors, and multimedia creators across major national media brands in supportive environments. Though she has experience with various forms of media, she has a soft spot for solutions over outrage and calmness in the midst of chaos.
