Perform learning needs analysis and recommend the appropriate learning experience for managers and employees, creating alignment with Business and People strategy
Drive and manage the L&D program lifecycle from development to implementation to adoption, including coordination, communication, project management, evaluations and metrics
Create an annual L&D curriculum for ICs and people managers, that blends different types of learning techniques and best practices (workshops, self-guided, micro-learnings, peer learning, interactive e-learning, facilitator guides, user guides, off the shelf, customized, etc)
