Maling Sun is an experienced HR professional based in Vancouver, British Columbia. She completed her Diploma of Technology in Human Resources Management at the British Columbia Institute of Technology and her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at The University of British Columbia.

Sun's career in HR began in March 2010 when she joined the Insurance Corporation of British Columbia (ICBC) as an HR Advisor and Recruiter. She eventually became the Manager of the HR Service Centre, where she gained experience in managing a team of HR professionals.

Prior to her time at ICBC, Sun worked as a Human Resources Business Partner at eBay and as a Human Resources Coordinator at Starbucks Coffee Company. She also volunteered as a Big Buddy with Big Brothers of Greater Vancouver Foundation.

Sun has a diverse skill set that includes recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and leadership development. She is also experienced in sales support and has worked as an independent stylist for Stella & Dot.
