Niklas Moritz is a highly accomplished business administration professional with a diverse range of educational and professional experiences. He studied Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business and Management at Hanzehogeschool Groningen and then went on to get a Higher Education Entrance Certificate in Business Administration and Management from Berufsbildende Schulen Syke. While studying, he worked as a customer service representative at Media Markt and later went on to work as a salesman and laborer at Aussie Farmers Direct.

He has also completed a Master's degree in Global Business Development from Fachhochschule Kempten - Hochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft and an Intercultural Business Relationship Minor at Escuela Universitaria de Empresariales from Universidad del País Vasco/Euskal Herriko Unibertsitatea. As part of his academic pursuits, he also worked as a marketing specialist intern at MS MOTOR SERVICE INTERNATIONAL GMBH and completed his Master's Thesis Project at SGL Group - The Carbon Company.
