Onllwyn Cavan Dixon, Ed.D. is an experienced professional with a wealth of knowledge in education and the nonprofit sector. After studying Business with a Marketing emphasis at the University of Colorado Colorado Springs, he went on to earn an M.A. and Ed.D. in International and Multicultural Education from the University of San Francisco. Onllwyn's passion lies in partnering with people from diverse backgrounds to promote inclusivity and to help people grow personally and professionally. He has held various positions throughout his career, including Founder at Level Up Coaching & Consulting, National Director of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging at Year Up, Adjunct Professor at the University of San Francisco, and Education Coordinator at Booker T. Washington Community Service Center.
