Laurel Hechanova is an experienced designer that specializes in making apps, websites, and services easy to use for people. She achieves this by utilizing design research, sprints, and workshops to facilitate communication between different stakeholders. With a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Graphic Design from Columbia College Chicago and a background in Fine and Studio Arts from the University of Guam, Laurel has worked as a Design Director at Drawn, a UX Design Instructor at General Assembly, a Product Designer at Findery, a Creative Director and Designer as a consultant, and an Interface and Graphic Designer at mStoner. She is currently a Designer and Partner at Goodmaker, where she advocates launching something small and good as soon as possible rather than taking a long time to launch something perfect. With her expertise and skill set, Laurel knows how to drive productivity and achieve better results.
