As Wix rapid growth continues , I was asked to take a position on wix’s CEO team ,in order to add firepower to wix’s execution efforts at times when everything was moving at hyperspeed and many important initiatives were happening simultaneously .My main responsibility was to keep all engines of the company running on time . This includes conducting analyses on critical business issues, or high priority topics to running meetings and ensuring the executive team communicate effectively with one another.

As a result of Wix rapid growth ,global expansion and focus on digital marketing , the volume of marketing assets going through our marketing operations team has increased dramatically .Our global marketing team produces several hundreds of creative assets per month as we localize and iterate campaigns for local use.My role as head of the marketing opertaions team is to manage the day-to-day operation , workflows,and processes that support our growing Global Marketing efforts. I am responsible for fielding challenges from internal stakeholders and working with Engineering, Product and external teams to find global efficient solutions for our global marketing needs.I constantly find ways to make the right idea bigger and scalable.With my strong analytical background and entrepreneurial mindset I heavily rely on data to find the right idea and scale it. fast.

Founded in 2007, Wix(NASDAQ:WIX since November 2013) is a happy cloud based web development platform making it easy for everyone to get online with a beautiful , professional web presence. No coding needed. For free. As Business Operations leader , I manage the company's daily business routine . I established and managed the business analytics team through the company's transition from a private company to a public one. I am in charge of executing cross company efforts in a variety of areas - from Security to new market penetration.As analytics manager I am responsible for driving Wix's growth opportunities via research and analysis. I used the data to establish product localization team and take advantage of global growth opportunities .With a deep understanding of the product strategy , I have lead the M&A processes and strategic partnerships from inception to post merge or integration completion. Additionally since mid 2014 till mid 2015 I was also acting as Information Security Officer of Wix, establishing the standards, work processes , organization structure and budget of security efforts.

Lead and manage the BI team, member of the company's management team .Responsible for driving revenue enhancement and strategic growth opportunities via analytic research and strategic analysis. Responsible for using new analytical methodologies and tools to drive strategic vision via deep understanding of CRM strategies, data driven marketing strategies, and relationship value proposition.Manage the sales team and improving conversion rates by 150% in three months.Lead and manage customer care department across the globe , maintaining high customer satisfaction and driving customer engagement .
