Noah Raford is a futurist and innovation expert with a strong background in foresight, design, and emerging technologies. He holds a PhD from Massachusetts Institute of Technology, a Masters in the Built Environment from UCL, and has studied at Brown University. He has worked for various organizations, including DUBAI FUTURE FOUNDATION and the UAE Prime Minister's Office. Raford has extensive experience in pre-legal policy prototyping for governments and large institutions, as well as experience in risk assessment and transportation planning. He has also co-founded Sensitive Dynamics, Ltd and worked as a virtual reality engineer at Kurzweil Technologies.

As the Futurist-in-Chief and Chief of Global Affairs at DUBAI FUTURE FOUNDATION and former Acting Executive Director, Dubai Museum of the Future, Raford has been heavily involved in researching and implementing 21st century approaches to modern problems. He is dedicated to using emerging technologies and innovative design to create a better world. With a focus on weaponized foresight and design, Raford has advised on numerous special projects at The Prince's Foundation for the Built Environment and worked as a senior advisor for the Humanitarian Futures Programme, among other roles.
